Balsamic Cherry Shrimp Skewers 

Sweet, savory and super simple! These SizzleFish Shrimp Skewers (like my alliteration? 😉 are the perfect recipe for a quick week night meal or a weekend BBQ with friends and family! They are also great for lunch the next day….if you can manage to keep any leftovers around! 🙂

Sweet and savory is the name of the game today! These shrimp skewers are loaded with flavor, but without the work!
Recipe type: Dinner
Serves: 1 serving
  • 1 package SizzleFish Shrimp (4.25oz)
  • ¼ cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • ⅛th tsp onion powder
  • ⅛th tsp garlic powder
  • S&P, to taste
  1. Mix together balsamic vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, S&P
  2. Pat shrimp dry
  3. Alternate between shrimp and fresh cherries on skewers
  4. Heat grill to medium temperature
  5. Baste skewers with balsamic mixture and place on grill
  6. Cook until desired or about 3-5 minutes
  7. Flip and then cook an additional 3 minutes
  8. Serve as desired
