Serves: 2
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut each filet in half
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
  4. Roll fish into dry ingredients
  5. Dip into egg whites
  6. Roll back in dry ingredients
  7. Place on baking sheet
  8. Repeat with remaining 3 pieces of fish
  9. Bake for ~20 minutes or until golden
  10. Serve with baked sweet potato chips or fries of choice
