  • 4oz (1 package) SizzleFish Scallops
  • ½ cup fresh diced strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh pico de gillo*
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • Salt, as desired

Instructions

  1. Gently pan sear your scallops as desired
  2. Allow scallops to cool
  3. Dice scallops
  4. Toss together scallops, strawberries, pico de gillo, lime juice and salt
  5. Place in refrigerator for flavors to blend for 2-4 hours**
  6. Serve with a side of plantain chips

Notes *I used a store bought Pico de Gillo that had only fresh ingredients; no added salt or preservatives
