Combining the sweet summer flavors in a simple and delicious way makes this scallop dish something everyone can enjoy!
Recipe type: Light Meal
Serves: 1 main dish
  • 4oz (1 package) SizzleFish Scallops
  • ½ cup fresh diced strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh pico de gillo*
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • Salt, as desired
  1. Gently pan sear your scallops as desired
  2. Allow scallops to cool
  3. Dice scallops
  4. Toss together scallops, strawberries, pico de gillo, lime juice and salt
  5. Place in refrigerator for flavors to blend for 2-4 hours**
  6. Serve with a side of plantain chips
*I used a store bought Pico de Gillo that had only fresh ingredients; no added salt or preservatives
**The flavors blend well after allowing to marinate. However, feel free to enjoy immediately!
