These bars are sweet enough for dessert, but healthy enough for an afternoon snack!
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 20 bars
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line an 8x8 in baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix together dry ingredients: almond flour, oats, baking powder, salt and xylitol
  4. Mix wet ingredients: brown butter, eggs, almond butter and vanilla
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Fold in raisins
  7. Pour batter into pan and bake for ~25 minutes
  8. Drizzle with coconut butter, if desired
*Use preferred sweetener. Coconut sugar would work wonderful
**Add in more or less raisins as desired
***Frosting is optional
