It may say “4th Of July” with the pattern and the colors, but you can decorate it however you’d like! A sweet, protein breakfast cake topped with fresh summer berries is perfect for any day of the week! It doesn’t have to be The 4th Of July! I hope you enjoy this quick recipe! Have a wonderful day!

White Chocolate Protein Breakfast Cake

Start off your day with a protein packed breakfast cake that is topped with fresh summer berries and sweet white chocolate!
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 2 servings
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree
  2. Line a 9in loaf pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix together pancake mix, protein powder, egg, water and sweetener
  4. Pour batter into pan
  5. Bake for ~12 minutes
  6. Allow cake to cool
  7. Once cooled, 'frost' with peanut butter
  8. Arrange berries on top as shown
