Dijon Pretzel Crusted Sable Fish & Arugula Salad

A sweet and savory twist on mouth watering sable fish that is served over a bed of fresh arugula

Ingredients
  1. 1 - 4oz piece SizzleFish Sable Fish
  2. 1 tsp dijon mustard
  3. 2 tbs crushed pretzels
  4. salt & pepper, to taste
  5. 2 cups fresh arugula
  6. 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spread dijon mustard on top of fish and sprinkle with pretzels
  3. Use salt and pepper, as desired
  4. Bake for ~12-15 minutes or until just flaky
  5. Serve on top of fresh arugula and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
  6. Pairs nicely with a simple balsamic dressing

    Arugula is one of my favorite greens! And seafood, well...that just makes this the perfect, light salad to welcome the warm weather. Looks delicious!
