Don’t worry, for my fluffy waffle lovers, I have a recipe for those coming soon too!   1. 1/2 (56g) cup almond flour
  2. 1.5 scoops (60g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
  3. 2 tsp baking powder
  4. pinch salt, if desired
  5. 1/3 c coconut milk
  6. 1 large egg
  7. 1.5 tbs coconut oil, melted
  8. sweetener, if desired
  9. Extracts: I added in 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  1. Whisk together dry ingredients
  2. Mix together wet ingredients
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  4. All batter to sit while heating up waffle iron
  5. Cook according to waffle iron directions
