Happy Friday!!! Boy do I have a chocolate and peanut butter treat for you today! This delicious bars is not only loaded with flavor, but also dripping in high protein peanut butter!!

Chocolate PB Banana Bars

A melt in your mouth, chocolate banana bar topped with sweet peanut butter!

  1. 1 cup (112g) gluten free flour
  2. 1/4 cup (30g) peanut flour
  3. 1/4 cup (20g) cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 cup xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. pinch salt
  7. 2 bananas, mashed
  8. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  9. 1/2 cup water
  10. 2 tbs (42g) honey
  11. 1 tbs pure vanilla extract
  12. 3 tbs (48g) Nuts N More Peanut Butter (or more if you're a PB lover like me! 🙂
  1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment (or coat with non stick spray/oil)
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients
  4. Mix all wet ingredients, except Nuts N More
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Pour batter into pan and bake for ~30-35 minutes *they will be fudgey!
  7. Allow bars to cool
  8. Drizzle bars with peanut butter
  9. Serve!
  10. *I actually found the flavor to be better 1 day later!
