Spicy Dipped Sable Fish

Happy Friday Friends! I hope you had a wonderful week! We haven’t had a savory dish on the site since this one right after Christmas!  So I though I would share this super tasty and very high protein dish! It is made with my favorite fish, SizzleFish! This would taste perfect with some mashed cauliflower alongside! I hope you enjoy! Have a fun and healthy weekend!

  1. 1 piece SizzleFish Sable Fish (~3.5oz with skin removed)
  2. 1 tbs Quest Nutrition All Purpose Protein*
  3. 2-3 tsp Flavor God Everything Spicy seasoning
  4. water, as needed
  5. *can sub any unflavored protein, if necessary


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove skin from Sable Fish
  3. Mix together Quest All Purpose Protein and Flavor God Seasoning
  4. Add water until a ‘batter’ like consistency forms
  5. Dip fish in batter
  6. Bake for ~15 minutes or until flaky
  7. Serve with steamed veggies on the side
