Foods That Decrease Bloating

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week! Today I want to share with you an article that I wrote for Fabletics on How to Decrease Bloating.  It’s summer time, we are enjoying time with friends and family (many times in swim suits), so we want to look and feel our best! For many of us that means getting rid of the bloat! 

Here are some of my favorite food swaps to get you back to feeling your best….without the bloat! 

  1. Water! Cut back on carbonated beverages, which have a tendency to leave your stomach bloated and gassy!

  • Gluten and dairy are won big things that cause indigestion and bloating and gas for me. hence why I'm cutting them out!
