This months challenge was to make a creative pizza recipe! And who doesn’t love pizza?! It is by far one of my most loved foods! But I will be honest, when I saw the challenge this month I got nervous! How the heck was I going to find the time to make pizza during the busiest month in the fitness industry?! So, I got a little creative and made a healthy, quick and delicious recipe that packs all the flavor of pizza, but without any of the guilt! I hope you enjoy! 🙂

These look awesome! I'm assuming you cook the ground turkey first?

  • Yummy! My favorite toppings are jalapeños, pineapple, and meatballs...Weird, but oh so good! I always have to have a lot of "hotness" on my pizzas. HAHA!

One of my favorite, sadly not so good for you, pizzas is a pulled pork one a place I go to does. It's a traditional pizza, tomato sauce and cheese, but with pulled pork in a bbq sauce with cole slaw on top. Sounds odd but the combination is great. These look very yummy and easy to make ahead of time. Glad someone asked about cooking the turkey meat first, I had that same question.

  • These are very interesting, kind of like mini turkey meatloaves with cheese. I really like the idea and it would be so good served with a simple salad.
