Welcome Back!!! Oh my goodness it feels like forever since I have last posted! I have missed you all so much! A lot of exciting things have been happening……many of which you can already see! πŸ™‚ And there is a lot more in the works! I look forward to sharing it all with you in the near future! But for now, I hope you enjoy the new website design! There is still a lot of updating to be done on here, but I have had so many requests to put the site back up that I didn’t want to make you wait any longer. Chocolate Chip Banana Cake 3

Fit Ingredients

  • 1/4 c (26g) flax
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs (14g) chocolate chips
  • 40g mashed banana (1/2 small)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Sweetener, to taste


  • microwave safe mug
  • non stick spray



1. Spray your microwave safe mug with non stick spray.

2. Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate chips.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Pour batter into your mug.

5. Microwave for about 3 minutes or until cooked through.

Top with peanut butter and chocolate chips, if desired πŸ™‚

    I made this today after a month-long sweet fast and it was yummy. I didn't add any kind of sweetener and it was perfect. I also topped it with a little natural peanut butter. Thanks so much for these great recipes!
