Chocolate Coconut Pancakes 1

Chocolate Coconut Pancakes

Serves: 1

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! It has been a very long work week for me with travel to Boston yesterday and other fun stuff going on at work this week. I am sooo thankful that it is Friday! Finding even a small amount of time this weekend to relax is an absolute must! But before we dive into our weekend, let me leave you with this delicious recipe that I have hand on hand for sometime! This one has been hanging out in the archives for awhile. I shared it on IG about a month back and then forgot to post it! 🙁 I apologize to those who have been asking me for it!

I hope you enjoy! Have an amazing weekend! 🙂

Chocolate and coconut are one of my favorite flavor combinations and these were AMAZING!!! Light, fluffy and sooo chocolately! They made the perfect dinner….which I paired with some turkey sausages and oven roasted veggies, of course!;)
