PB Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein Shake

Happy Friday! I hope you had an amazing week! It has been one heck of a long week for me and I still have today AND tomorrow left to go! Sunday can not come fast enough! I think I might just collapse….or relax by baking lots of treats! :) I know it is getting cooler now with fall just about here, but last few weeks we have had some warmer days and I have had some serious PB cravings, so this recipe was my solution to that craving!! I hope you enjoy it…and if it’s a little too cold, just wrap up in a warm blanket! :) Have a great Friday!

Fit Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla casein (16g)
  • 2 tbs (15g) peanut flour (or pb2 – but nutrition will be different)
  • 1 c milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract, optional
  • 1 tbs whipped topping
  • 1 tbs cacao chips
  • sweetener, optional
  • ice, to desired thickness (I used about 3 cups)

Directions

1. Put casein, peanut flour, milk butter extract, sweetener and ice in a blender.

2. Blend until nice and thick.

3. Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping and cacao chips*

*I actually made this a second time and blended the cacao chips INTO the shake (and put some on top ;)) and it was soooo much better!! Just saying! :)
