  • Soooo this recipe is going to have to happen this weekend! Udi's GF bread was on sale so I have an abundance of bread that would be perfect for this :)

  • I can't even remember the last time I had french toast! I need to start making that again the healthy way since it is so easy!!!! With my love of Silver Hills bakery bread - perfect! I love pecans too! :) I have to be quiet after the gym, hubby still sleeping, so I have a homemade protein muffin or bar & a piece of healthy bread with my PB (flax & chia mixed in the PB). I actually eat about an hour apart. I also always make my PB this way - instead of paying more for it in it, since I already have chai & flax at home, I mix it in myself! :)

  • PS: I made your Cocoa Banana Berry Flax Bread! I had a sample of that flax you used from the ExpoWest show & was just enough. It certainly did not look like yours but it tasted good! I sprinkled some reduced fat coconut on top & added some cinnamon too. Isn't everything better with cinnamon! :)
