Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! I don’t know about you, but I am very happy it is Friday! For some reason this week has felt extra long! Maybe because I am excited for the upcoming holiday next week? Hopefully some of you are starting a long holiday vacation today too! The fourth of July always signifies the official start of summer for me, so I thought it would be a great day to share this recipe! Strawberries and limes are two wonderful summer flavors, but put them together and they are even better! I hope you enjoy this recipe and have an amazing weekend! 🙂

  • The week has been a little slow, I wish it had gone faster. I'm about to watch the movie Casino with my boyfriend and eat some bolognaise with crusty bread and some red wine. That muffin recipe looks devine as always!

I made these about two weeks ago and I had a hard time getting past the taste of the Stevia. The Stevia was about the only thing I could taste. Is it possible to substitute Xylitol for the Stevia?
