Citrus Pancakes 1

Citrus Pancakes

Serves: 1 (6-8 pancakes)

Happy Thursday! I hope you are enjoying your week! We have been enjoying consecutive days of sunshine, which has been so nice! I hope the trend continues! πŸ™‚

Today I am sharing with you the recipe for these delicious pancakes! I posted a breakfast shot of these on Monday and immediately I was inundated with requests for the recipe! Of course, I already had plans for Tuesday and Wednesday posts, so I promised these by the end of the week! Tomorrow I will be visiting over at a surprise location (come back tomorrow to see where I will be), so I knew these had to get out today! Now that the warmer temperatures are finally coming around my body is craving the fresh flavors of summer! These pancakes hit the spot! I hope you enjoy them! πŸ™‚

  • We actually don't have satellite radio in our car, but we happen to be in a rental car right now. And one of the first things we did when we picked it up was look to see we had satellite. :-) We're currently listening to the Broadway station.
