Cinnamon, sweet kabocha and waffles in one recipe! My taste buds were in waffle heaven! They were light, fluffy and packed with flavor! They were perfect topped with some 100% pure maple syrup! I paired mine with some egg whites and sliced apples! 🙂

  • Great idea to use kabocha! You know, I'm not much of a pancake or waffle person. I mean, I'll have a bite if my husband makes some and it looks really good . . . but I'd rather stick with my favorite protein oatbran bowl. In my eyes, you just can't beat it!

  • Looks awesome! And I actually picked up 2 squashes at the store the other day, so yeah for me. I'm totally going to top with nut butter and some fruit. This could be a great breakfast for dinner option...I don't have a waffle maker, so I'll just make pancakes instead. Thanks Sarah for a great recipe!
