Hemp Seed English Muffins 1

Hemp Seed English Muffins (Grain Free)

Serves: 3

Happy Sunday! I hope you are having an enjoyable weekend! This recipe was intended for last Sunday, but since I was having major computer trouble last weekend, it was pushed off until today! Either way, it is an amazing and delicious recipe that I hope you try! πŸ™‚

Today’s recipe is very quick, simple and delicious! One afternoon I was craving a burger and wanted a ‘bun’ for it, so I threw this together on a whim! It actually came out very delicious AND made the perfect bun for that juicy burger πŸ˜‰

Feel free to add in your own spices (sweet or savory) to cater to your craving! I also made a cinnamon raisin version that was amazing! I hope you enjoy! πŸ™‚

Like I mentioned above, I made both this savory version and a cinnamon raisin version. Both were delicious!! I used the savory as a burger bun and made mini pizzas! Feel free to make this into one large crust to make a big pizza if you’d like! I would recommend baking it slightly longer to really crisp up the edges!

  • Are your stats for the all egg version? I don't have hemp seeds but maybe I can buy out of bulk section so I don't have to buy a lot OR is there a substitute. I want the cinnamon raisin version! :) Look delish!!!!

  • I don't like coconut flour and these still sound tasty! Plus, grr, that bag of hemp seeds in my fridge--I love 'em, but I swear there's just as much left in there as the day I opened the bag. I need to find more uses for them--like snazzy english muffins!

      • Ooo, good idea! I'll definitely try the coconut version first--I goofily bought a giant bag of the stuff and am trying to find any way to use it that I actually like--but if that's a bust, I'm always up for some good protein-powder recipes.

These look great!I just discovered your blog and can't wait to make some of your recipies!! Question, could you substitute flax seeds? My hubby is allergic to hemp. Also do you think cheese could be added to these?
